Bra saves woman’s life after blocking bullet shot at her by hunter
A woman is lucky to be alive thanks to her bra, which blocked a bullet that was shot in her direction by an unsuspecting hunter, police in Germany said.
The 41-year-old unidentified tourist was riding her bike with her husband in Gadebusch, when they entered a region with active hunting.
At some point, the woman felt a sharp pain in her chest. As she removed her bra, she realized that there was a bullet impression on the underwire.
The couple immediately alerted the hunter about the incident.
The organizers of the hunting expedition decided to cancel the event. Police arrested the hunter on a charge of injury caused by negligence.
The police also seized the hunter's gun and ammunition.
